Japanese White Pine
20-40’ Tall and 20-30’ Wide. A conical, dense pine that tends to develop spreading branches and a somewhat flattened crown with age. Needles are bright green with an interior white stripe. Reddish-brown cones are oval and 4” long. Bark is gray and ages to a scaly dark gray. Full sun. Can tolerate poor soil conditions as long as there is good drainage.
