Prairiefire Crabapple
15-20’ Tall and Wide. deep pink-red flowers in spring are followed by masses of small, purplish-red crabapples that mature in the fall. Leaves emerge purplish in spring and mature to dark green with reddish veins in the summer. Grows quickly in to an upright spreading tree with a rounded crown. Has good disease resistance.
Birds eat the fruit.
