Commemoration Sugar Maple
50-60’. Sugar maple is a fast growing, grand shade tree, with thick, glossy, leathery dark-green leaves. In the fall, the entire tree transforms to pumpkin-orange with blushes of red almost two weeks before other sugar maples and the color holds well into the autumn even after a hard killing frost.
